Small Event Daily/Hourly Rental
**Small Rentals are any rental of 50 guest or less/or an open house type event; Small events includes outdoor entertainment space- “The Pad” **
Daily Sunday-Thursday: $1250 for full day (includes 1 Handicap accessible porta potty)
Daily Friday & Saturday: $1750 for full day (includes 1 Handicap accessible porta potty)
Three Hours: $330 (includes 1 Handicap accessible porta potty)
Five Hours: $480.00 (includes 1 Handicap accessible porta potty)
**Renters will have access to space 15 minutes before scheduled event times.
Additional time can be added for $110 per hour.

TREVOR and JEAN Large Event Rental Packages:
**Large Rentals are any event over 50+ guests; Large events includes outdoor entertainment space- “The Pad” **
**Large Events also include the use of our Wed Shed!**

Trevor Packages include 1 Handicap accessible porta potty and up to 3 additional porta potties to accommodate 1 per 50 guests.
Trevor 1 Day: $2500
Trevor 2 Day: $3500
Trevor 3 Day: $4000
JEAN
Jean Packages include 1 Handicap accessible porta potty and 1 restroom trailer to accommodate all in attendance.
Jean 1 Day: $3000
Jean 2 Day: $4000
Jean 3 Day: $4500

“The Pad”- Rental of Outdoor Space only
$200.00 for up to 3 hours -Includes 1 Handicap accessible porta potty, 50 white lifetime chairs, 6 white 6 foot lifetime tables, and 1 Bourbon Barrel trash bin

-Tours by appointment only
-Venue Insurance is required
-Require 50% of venue rental price, credit card on file and signed rental contract to book a date. Contract will be provided after formal tour has been given.
-Clients and/or Caterers are responsible for clearing and undressing all tables – includes all trash and service items. All items brought in by Client (décor, etc).
-Candle flame must be completely contained by glass and attended at all times.
-Preferred Vendor information will be provided upon Rental
The Red Barn will make a donation equal to ten percent (10%) of the Venue Rental Fee to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, if you or a family member has Cystic Fibrosis
*Any Additional tables and chairs for events will need to be obtained by renters.
The Red Barn Staff can help you with vendors that have been used in the past upon request!
*Per town guidelines, one restroom is required per 50 guests
*Per town guidelines and sound ordinance, all music must stop at 11pm
Restroom trailer rental – Start at $1650
Portable Potty Rental -- Start at $130 (per porta-potty) + $50 delivery fee
*The Red Barn charges $330 per day for vendor arrival or pick up outside of dates rented
